It is pretty good for a truck stop. Not as big as the other ones. I had Burger King but I will try Popeyes next time .

My wife and I stopped at Port Hope OnRoute today on our way to Ottawa. The dining area was very dirty, tables are not cleaned, floor strewn with food scraps. the bathroom (men) was equally dirty. The washbasins are covered with some kind of muddy dirt. Floor wet and un-mopped. Overall extremely deplorable conditions.

This might be the worst Onroute. It used to be quite good bit in the past year or two it has really declined. The Tims is awful. The staff is mostly kids fooling about on their cell phones or giggling to each other in the corner and not taking/filling orders. The new ordering kiosks in the Onroute are a perfect example of Just because you can do something doesn 't mean you should you can 't pay a cashier anymore (and maybe ask a question) you are forced to order from a tap screen kiosk only.

All of the enroute locations have changed the way you can order food through a stupid terminal. You could wait 20 minutes for a terminal in another 25 or 30 minutes to actually get your food. I don't know which idiot decided to take away the cashier. until they put them back I don't stop at these locations anymore.

Could not believe how slow the service was. We used the kiosk to enter our order and then waited about 40 minutes before our number was called. There were a few instances where numbers were called more than once then the packages were taken to the back. I am not sure if people got fed up and left without the food they had already paid for. I was absolutely unimpressed with this visit. I think we will give this place a wide berth the next time by. The brands represented at this location (restaurants) are all owned by the same company that needs to better manage this location.
