I waited for 15 minutes before I came to the front. when the man started to check, until slips and counts money, without even recognizing my essentialness for like 7mins, I checked. once I have ordered it took 45 minutes for my takeaway pizza to arrive after a whole amount of nagging and complain about by customers around me if they would get their food. the workers were slow, rude and did not seem to worry that it would always make the pizza. especially the man who takes the orders at the bank. so disappointing
So i ordered 2 traditional family pizzas from the Mr d app. Paid R 130 for the 2 pizzas thinking traditional family pizzas should be fairly big considering it is a family pizza? However what I received seemed to me like small pizzas that are a tiny tiny bit bigger than normal. Besides that I was completely disappointed about the size the pizza itself was far far from amazing. The taste was so bland and boring it was like they were very shy with the sauce and spices. Also the base was not even 1 mm thick. I should actually have taken a picture it was unbelievably thin( if i missed an option for pizza base size my bad then). All in all the pizza wasn 't awful i was just so dissapointed for what I received for the money I paid. I could have gotten 5 small pizzas(which are bigger than this family sized pizza from (I will at least not name other pizza business here) pizza place X for arguments sake for the price of R 125 and it would have been enough for me and my GF for 2 meals. Those 2 traditional family pizzas did not even closely satisfy me. So I want to end this review by saying I do not expect any sort of compensation I don 't care about that. I just hope that some manager somewhere sees this and talks to whoever designs these pizza menus and prices because it is absurd.
Very disappointed with 4 pizzas delivered to us! The bases were dry and tough to eat. The chicken had an awful, burnt taste with two small pieces per slice. None of them were anywhere worth the price we paid. Poor quality overall!
Unfortunately not the greatest experience with Panarottis. I received the wrong pizza through Uber Eats which wasn’t a problem I know mistakes happen. But the way it was handled by the manageress was shocking! Incredibly rude and condescending. Not helpful at all to the situation.
We had a very bad experience: on Tuesday 26/11, we called the shop to enquire if they could deliver to the bowling alley. The person (Leo) said yes and assured us that they can) We went ourselves on that day to the shop to place our order for the next day 27/11, our son 's b-day party to be held st the bowling. Leo met us telling us that they ran out of cheese not a very good 1st impression. We (my husband and I) told him we wanted to speak with him. He left us at the counter for 5/10mns until he came to us. After a long and confusing conversation where he could not understand us or us him,, we finally agreed on what we will order, the special applicable and the price. He wrote everything down in a book and confidently said that he is off on Wednesday 27/11. but he will be there for our order to make sure everything is ok . On Wednesday, I went to the shop to pay, Leo was not there. The pizzas were ready, but the person there wanted to charge me more, telling me that the specials we got were wrong and the price we had to pay was more !! I expressed my anger at that and eventually I paid the amount agreed upon with Leo... When I asked for the pizzas to be delivered, I was told they can 't as they do not have staff!!!! I had to leave my son and his friends at the bowling during that whole time and on top of it all I had to carry 4 large hot pizzas, with a back that I had injured a few days ago... Panarotti, never ever again!
