Absolutely the best restaurant in South Africa! During our holiday in 2016/2017, we were so impressed by our first dining experience at Fusion that we had to stop by again on our way home. The food is incredible, and the flavor combinations are mind-blowing. On top of that, the service goes above and beyond, and the atmosphere is fantastic. What more can I say? It's not just food; it's art! Thank you, Fusion, for making our holiday foodie experience so memorable and joyful!

Fusion offers an incredible dining experience, with both the food and the staff being truly outstanding. The entire menu is fantastic, from the sushi to the wok-fried rice. The black pepper squid is delicious, and the ribs are simply amazing. What more can I say?

The food, atmosphere, and service were exceptionally great! I only wish I could take it back with me to Johannesburg. It was truly an amazing meal, featuring all the delicious elements of fantastic Asian cuisine!

Was there last night with my better half and WOW, the food was the best experience I've ever had the privilege of enjoying. I have dined at Nobu's Restaurants and I can tell you one thing, even though his restaurants are rated as the best sushi joints in the world, your meals were far superior in every way possible. Oh, and those mussels, I will literally give up everything to eat that everyday. Keep up the amazing work and you will definitely be seeing more of us.
