Wrasse Roe Seafood - Port Douglas

We had a great experience at Wrasse and Roe. The food was really delicious and fresh. The Moreton bay bugs were generous and well prepared and the saffron risotto was so tasty and packed full of fresh veggies. The staff were amazing, so attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back the next time we're in Port Douglas. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$120–140

Fantastic dining experience at Wrasse Roe. Barramundi was deliciously tender, would have preferred it with crispy skin. Prawns were delicious as an entrée. All paired nicely with a cold Riesling. Great service and ambience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Everything was fine during our first visit, but the experience changed completely when we returned a week later. We were asked to leave a tip after settling the bill, which we declined. On our second visit, we were given lukewarm tap water, received a cold reception from the staff, and had dirty dishes left on our table until we departed. The service was downright rude, seemingly because we didn't leave a tip. I won't be returning anytime soon. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner
