On the Inlet - Port Douglas

We had a wonderful view watching the sunset but make certain you book well in advance like we did or you will get a table in the middle. The food was well cooked and reasonably priced but the wine is super expensive with no option for BYO. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a very enjoyable evening.

Overrated and overpriced. I wouldn't go to this place ever again. Food with no flavour. The crab linguini was close to inedible! The tiger prawns was as good as eating it raw!

The time to go here is before sunset .... See the groupers being fed and the sun setting . We arrived at 7:30pm. With the "show over" and no water view (night time) the Resturant is just tables and chairs on a wooden warf .... However ..... Good food.

Whilst this restaurant is rather 'tired ' these days, it has maintained the quality, variety and presentation of their menu. The fact that they will be relocating to Macrossan street shortly probably explains the general ambience.

We met friends at the Inlet, food was nice , atmosphere was great, waiter was slow & very confident of himself, shame the restaurant is moving soon. Price was right, we would go. back.
