Monday February 22, 2024. We were making a short trip to the region. Noon arrives...a rainy Monday...nothing open...but yes! The inn (hotel) of the bridge. Friendly welcome, quickly seated although the restaurant was very busy. The cuisine is traditional, without fuss, but excellent! I rediscovered tastes that I hadn't had in years. We feasted.
