Tim Hortons - Port Colborne

Went on my lunch today to get potato wedges witch are okayButI ordered a large vanilla iced coffee made with milk and extra base and it’s just a normal iced coffee with milkNo vanilla or extra baseThe past 2 times I’ve gone this has happened.

Fast service usually...but....don't go there on Sundays. Waited at the front of a big line for five minutes and even with 13 employees behind counter, I eventually gave up and left empty-handed.

Coffee was fresh and hot.Baked goods were plentiful and delicous.Bathrooms were clean.Dining area on this visit was in need of tables being cleaned and floor needed to be swept .A few team members were nitpicking at each other over length of break.Seemed whoever was in charge didn't have control of there staff.

I just got coffee and 2 tim bits for my dog. They love it when I bring him through the drive-through.Parking: Not many spots left. Very busy. Always busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Adequate handicap parking.

Stop here on my way out town each time. Great location
