Kfc - Port Colborne

Good food certain staff not so nice treated very badly at KFC port colborne will never walk back in the place

Always good to stop in and have a chat with Joe. Chicken was good as always

In the last 6-9 months the chicken dinners have been absolutely horrible I can’t believe it just never gets any better. The chicken is of such poor quality, it tasted like it was reheated the meat was very dry with the skin being very hard. I kept trying to give them another chance but no more. On a piece of chicken the skin tasted fishy, yuk,yuk, yuk !!!!!The chicken wings are broken the breast’s are very small. I’m so very disappointed as I’ve been going there for 40 years. After talking to a couple people in our building that was also saying it was the worst dinner they ever had, I decided to send this in. I will be speaking to the manager tomorrow to tell him my concerns ask if this is going to be continuing. I’m sure the chicken pieces are not of the same quality as they used to be !!!! Went to kfc port colborne location and was greeted by an employee named justin...very friendly and helped me choose my meal as I was torn about what to order...he had my order right out to me in a timely manner and it was fresh and tasty..This location will be the one I will go back too
