New Lighthouse - Port Blair

Date of visit: 27th December, 2021 (lunch). Visited this place on our 1st day at Port Blair after reading a lot of good reviews. The place is conveniently located close to Marina Park and Cellular Jail. It is not very far off from Aberdeen Clock Tower. We went for lunch at around noon time. The place was pretty empty at that time. Just 2 other tables were occupied. But in sometime, the tables started filling up. By the time we left, the place was 60% full. We ordered Chili Chicken for starters and Crab in Coconut Gravy and Plain Rice for main course. The food here was delicious and prices were reasonable. There were a selection of live lobsters, prawns and crabs to choose from. Service was okay. Nothing great to be applauded. Don't go here if ambience is important for you. Verdict: Visit for the food, not for the ambience.

Average restaurant.. upside bar is little good. Not too much busy. Staff behaviour was not upto mark. Prices are normal. Quality of food is so good. Location is also so good. U can try with your family not good for couples. Good for bachelors like me must try..once..for owner if u see my review plz tell your staff to behave in good manner with guests

Rest other dishes are also moderately priced just like mainland and not overpriced Andaman standards. Service was also good. In all will recommend for a good dinner with family/friends

One of the best places for sea food in Port Blair. Though a little on the expensive side, it is worth the money we started off with the recommended onion fried prawns, the king fish and the red snapper. They were cooked to perfection and the fish were huge. Topped it off with prawn fried rice. The ambience on the roof is amazing. Would definitely recomend.
