Golden Gate Chinese - Port Angeles

Some days better than others. Have eaten here several times, each time the same food had come differently (usually good, though.Two times the BBQ Pork was somewhat overdue and leathery, and the broken objects seemed too long to be fried. Various chefs? The fried shrimps are my favorite, followed by the almond chicken. The fried rice is also very good, and on most of my visits was obviously fresh (solid, moist rice with fresh ingredients. My wish is that they would be more consistent... The waiting staff is friendly, but I feel that there can be a small language barrier as I felt that I might not have understood 100%. But the staff seems very patient, what I guess. Food comes immediately and is hot/cold accordingly. The staff is very good to bring everything you can ask (extra napkins, more tea, etc., and waits for you without floating. A *little* bit more expensive for what you have about the inconvenience of food, but is quite good overall. My only real complaint is that they didn't know what panfritted noodles were. What???

The chicken in the chicken and vegetable dish tasted like it was rotten, the second I tasted it my gag reflex almost made me vomit. Everything was dried out, and nasty. Never again.
