Starbucks - Port Alberni

This is a great starbucks..clean friendly and totally efficient..they actually helped me as i forgot my cards and needed assistance ordering. Dont listen to negative reviews on this lovely oasis for good coffee and service...some custormers are just angry people with an exagerated sense of entitlement....be nice and get nice! Five start great washrooms.....

Ordered an iced drink without ice and was given a venti only half full! This goes completely against Starbucks policy. There’s some behavioural problems with some of the baristas at this location.

I have visited many Starbucks locations in Vancouver, Victoria, and throughout the Island, and this one really stood out to me! They always serve quality drinks, have environmentally friendly disposal options, and provide personalized customer service with a smile. Despite being busy, the staff are attentive to both the drive-through and indoor customers. Overall, they deserve recognition for running a clean and efficient Starbucks cafe. I especially appreciate the paintings in the store.

This Starbucks location is one of the worst I have been to. The customer service is very poor and they do not understand the drink policy. At Starbucks, if you are not satisfied with your drink, they will remake it for you until you are happy, free of charge.

Not a lot of smiley faces here but good basic service...seemingly a big lineup for the washroom always. The parking lot is a bit confusing and tight...park over at the grocery store if you have a larger rig. go back out at the lights...no other exit!
