Carpacceria Goretti - PORCIA

We went quite late at lunchtime, but the staff sat still. we enjoyed the buffalo mozzarella, the carpaccio with mandel and the vegetarian cousin. all were fresh and simply prepared. all tasted delicious. I enjoyed the weeping recommendation of the staff. I would go back from a simple reason – that was devine. I was not rushed and was helped with all the many I had. they value the site as an innovative and beautiful meal.

So, here I am again in another part of italia. here for a business lunch. we had this local cheese called burrata that resembles mozzarella, but softer and much creamier. in the round it is absolutely delicious. it comes with a simple salate and oils when they wish. I had a steak tart for porn that was a tad dry but still very tasty. all washed with a glass vino. really good and safe.

Have a back and it is great for a quick lunch. eating is great, the waiters are great and the whole place is just a jewel. simple excellent is what they do well. as usual, it doesn't look from the outside, but the simple...harm inside is tuned with eating.

Old building and modern atmosphere inside, good service, very clean, original menu for a really pleasant meal.

We had dinner at the goretti carpacceria and we were completely satisfied with the experience. the location is refined, with an exotic touch, there were proposed products of the territory, all told ' impeccablely. a special applause at the service, there is attention to the customer without being oppressed, with kind staff and prepared. raw materials are of quality, with out menus linked to the period that enrich the proposal. great choice, definitely we will come back!
