Buffalo Wild Wings - Poplar Bluff

Tried to put in an order, but the kitchen was already closed (which i completely understand). However, the girl that answered the phone was very rude and short with me.

I popped in for lunch recently, since I was craving spicy chicken, and I was not disappointed. Most of the options were pricey, but they had a reasonably priced lunch menu I decided to order from and got a combo of boneless wings and fries. The selection of sauces is very varied, but most may be too hot for some. The restaurant itself had a good atmosphere of a sports bar type of place, and the staff were friendly.

Great place to watch a game. You can order in the first inning and get your food by the 7th inning stretch!

The service was horrible after our meal I waited over thirty minutes for our waitress to come back so I could pay our bill tried to even get her attention would not acknowledge me went up front and tried to pay bill. Worker at the front counter says I will get your server basically blew me off and a second girl came out finally got a manger I never had to work so hard to try to pay someone for their services.

I ordered the chicken tenders with the desert heat rub the spicy garlic on the side. My order came out with naked tenders, the desert heat and rub both on the side. When I clarified how I meant the tenders to be with the rub, the server said “That's how I rang it. But the kitchen didn't do it that way.” I asked if she could have it fixed and she said “I can but all they will do is dump the seasoning on the tenders”. I asked if they don't cook the rub into it.
