This was a rare find on a recent trip to Colombia. The restaurant is alongside a busy road, nestled between a car dealership and other various businesses. The staple of the restaurant is a special SOUP that they make and it is hands down the best soup I have had in years. Unfortunately during my whirlwind tour of Colombia I do not recall what the soup is called but consists of beans, sausage and other delightful ingredients and is served in a gigantic wooden bowl with plantains on the side. I am told that this soup dish is their claim to fame and locals and tourists come from miles around to partake. The place is comfortable and casual with friendly and attentive service.
