Przekaż informację zwrotnąI used to think this restaurant was good. I placed an online order and was told it would be ready as soon as I arrived and gave my name. However, when I got home, the food was already cold, so I had to reheat everything. I also wanted to add an additional order, but there was no one behind me in line or at the ordering station. Despite this, they made me start a new order and did not give me the nacho fries I had ordered.
At 10:33 on the drive thru menu, it was mentioned that only door-to-door and mobile app orders were accepted. I found this confusing. They can take these orders, but not someone in the drive-thru? This was the worst Taco Bell experience of my life, and I eat Taco Bell way more than I should every week. Every time I go here, it's always terrible - the workers are rude, the food is never prepared correctly, and the overall atmosphere of the place is just unpleasant.
People work fast eating almost $15 per hour now and can still not manage to put sauce in a pocket. fourth order in a row without fuckin sauce. I know you're not smart enough to handle a qualified position. put the sauce in the dang bag.

I ordered Nachos Bellgrande with an extra cheese on the side. Not only was the cheese on the nachos scarce, but the cheese on the side was half full. That wasn't the worse! The chips tasted like chemicals. I tried to call but the phone kept going to a voice mail that hasn't been setup. I think this Taco Bell will be closed soon if they don't start doing better. I have dealt with rude cashiers at the window in the past and just chalked it up to them having a bad day, but the food tasting bad is something they can control.
