Cook Out - Pooler

Not a good lunch spot anymore. Aside from jacking up the price, giving much less food, inaccurate orders, they do not care about people's time. I haven't been here in months and decided to give them a try today and realized again why I stopped coming. Theyhave 2 drive through lanes. In one lane they will take 3 or 4 orders before saying anything to the other lane. Why? Shut one ofthe lanes down if you don't have enough people to work both. Instead, they let the lanes fill up and after waiting 45 minutes,your lunch break is over or nearly over and you haven't even ordered. Even if you have made it to the speaker, they don'tacknowledge you. Sometimes for 20+ minutes. It's not like you can leave. You're just stuck. Today, 3 cars ahead of me when Iarrived, took just under one hour to get a burger. It came with 3 very soft, spongy Nuggets that I'm positive were tossed in themicrowave, didn't taste anything like they used to, 3 TINY cheese bites. The Coke was out but they decided to just go with it.Waste of time and money.

Good food and good job. Servers are a young crowd so you have to be very clear about your order. I had my order messed up a few times, but for the most part they get it right. Good food for the price.

I love Cook Out and I've never had a wrong order from here. A reliable and safe choice for food ! If you've never been here you gotta get a Cook Out Tray! I like the barbecue sandwich, quesadillas and some onion rings

Definitely not worth it. The night crew is terrible and they have terrible attitudes. The patties on both burgers we ordered looked like this. They are skimpy and not filling. On top of increasing their price by two dollars for the tray they havedecreased the total amount of food by a lot.

Night shift is the worst, they always rushing with our food don?t care how they talk to people, i ask for ketchup on my hotdogs instead I got plain, with a piece of burnt chicken touching my bun, then my huge tea came with no ice and it was hot ?.0 star if I could ? only reason why I go cuz it?s the only thing open at night other than WH
