Chili's Grill - Pooler

Food was excellent. We had two for $25, which is a lot. The service was slow because it was understaffed, but our server, Synetra, was friendly, apologetic and really enthusiastic. She took our order and the next tables order and wrote nothing and got everything right. Kudos to her! We are from PA and have understated the same problem with restaurants. If you can't be patient with the poor who show up, then stay home. Thank you for showing up today.

Good food, drinks and atmosphere... Service was a little slower than what we are used to, but this has become the way of the world today....but otherwise excellent. Very courteous and friendly. We will definitely come back. Many additional foods, including the appetizer. Try the pomegranate martini-SPECTACULAR!!

Tonight 6/28/22 We decided to eat here tonight and so glad we did it! Erin was our server and worked solo with a trainer. She did a fabulous job and was about everything we demanded. Our fried pickles were done and the manager took that off to make it right. Both were friendly and appreciated good customer service. We want to eat here again. All of you, see Erin!!

It was the only place opened for dinner (it was 10pm and everything was closed). The dishes were generous and very tasty. The only thing is that we ordered beers in happy hour and they brought them to us together (2 beers at the same time). Attention wasperfect ????????

We now have a favorite bar tender . Sat at the bar- obviously. Service was amazing! Food was good and the drinks never got empty even when the bar was slammed!
