Chick-fil-a - Pooler

I tried a unique combo of spicy grilled chicken and chicken noodle soup. It was delicious and may become my new favorite. The service was polite and quick, as usual.

This Chick-fil-A is the top choice in the area. The service is quick, efficient, and welcoming. The food is consistently hot, tasty, and prepared accurately. Using the app for ordering is convenient and saves time. Whether going through the drive-thru or dining inside, my order is always prepared promptly. It's a wonderful spot for a satisfying lunch when you're on the go.

I visited this restaurant on 9-17-22 at 4:16pm and was disappointed by the unfocused and rushed service. The order taking and food retrieval processes were hurried, leading to mistakes such as missing items like my cookie and straw for my drink, as well as the absence of sauces and apple juices in my kid's meal. The inclusion of pickles on my grilled spicy deluxe sandwich was also unwelcome. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, and I hope the employees can focus on accuracy rather than speed in the future. Eventually, I had to return to the restaurant to replace part of my order, which was handled without any issues.

This location is usually pretty good and on point with quality. But after getting our order recently we pulled out two large half full cold un-salted fries and cold chicken nuggets. I would except something?s like this at Wendy?s, but not here.Unacceptable.

Too bad there?re only 5 stars! What an experience! I?m used to the excellence of Chick-fil-A, but this was truly unique! The double drive-up lanes wrapped around the block, the parking lot had one empty spot, and the inside was packed too! Theremust?ve been 30 employees behind the counter, yet they all took the madness in stride. All had big smiles and full of thesouthern charm and small talk! With all the craziness, you?d think the bathrooms would be trashed, but everything was clean andstocked. Chick-fil-A gets an A+ from me!
