Bojangles - Pooler

I gave this restaurant three stars for its open dining area and clean restrooms. However, the staff was somewhat bothersome. The bo-rounds were soggy, and the chicken fillet was as dry as a biscuit. It felt like they simply reheated leftovers from yesterday.

I only stopped by for a quick breakfast, and Takira was fantastic. She took our orders and was very friendly and helpful in choosing our meals. She recommended some delicious cookies that I really enjoyed! I would highly recommend this place; the service was outstanding, and everyone was smiling!

Our meal was delicious, as always, but the restaurant's interior was quite dirty, and the bathroom required significant cleaning. The cashiers were not very friendly, and they only offered BBQ sauce. Overall, it wasn't our best experience.

I arrived at 8:30 PM and they only offered chicken tenders, mac and cheese, fries, and rice. They refused to cook any additional chicken because they had already cleaned the fryers. The customer service was lacking; I had to wait nearly 10 minutes before anyone came to the register, and the food I received was only slightly warm.

I arrived at this restaurant at 7:55 PM on October 29, 2022. I requested an 8-piece family meal, but was informed that they were out of chicken. When I asked if they could fry more chicken, I was told no. The only option available was chicken tenders. This location closes at 9:00 PM, so it's frustrating that no chicken could be cooked after 7:55 PM. I am very disappointed.
