Wong's Dragon - Poole

Been using Wongs Dragon Oakdale for 14 years and just found out the prices have increased by almost 30% across the menu which is unjustified against the cost of living . this is one of the biggest price increases I've seen and won't be ordering again due to principle of the over justified prices

Been using Wongs Dragon for years, they have been shut for few weeks so was delighted they were open again. Ordered smoked chicken starter, chicken curry, pork cantonese style and rice. They said it would be an hour. 2 hours went by with no show. Rang them and they said it was on its way. Another half hour and it showed. When it arrived, no chicken curry in bag. Starter was way too sugary, pork cantonese was all soggy and tasted horrible. Absolutely awful and cost £35!! Rang them again only to be put on hold for ages to try complain. I personally have been put off Chinese for while now!!! Wongs Dragon… what are you doing???!!!! sort it out.

This has been our local takeaway for years as usually great food and speedy service but the last meal delivery will be the last as was awful. Ordered at 6.10pm, told 45 mins usually about 10mins as literally a mile away if that, 7.25pm phoned to see if it was out for delivery, was told 'no.1 ', arrived 5 mins later barely warm. Phoned to complain, we had 4 items aand 3 were cold/soggy 1 was warm. The King prawn balls batter was rubbery cold, the chips were soggy cold, sesame prawn toast was cold, beef chow mein was warm, bag had lot of water in it where its been standing for 95minutes. She wasnt too bothered but l asked for replacement MISTAKE !! it took till 8.10pm to arrive and whether it was badly cookedon purpose we dont know but king prawn balls were hard, looked overcooked, chips overcooked, my seame prawn toast was burnt, thought was chicken or crab sticks but def NOT prawn as odd taste smell, beef chowmein was too much salt, beef was tasteless very tough not like it usually is. lt all looked like leftovers that had been cooked twice...totally disgusting. Dont waste your money, used to be really good but either got new chef who cant cook or they just gone seriously downhill. Wont be using again after 20yrs as good customer yes, it was THAT bad. Warning to customers not to use them ever

The worse food which I ever ate, chips didnt remind chips, just small pices of potatoes, full of oil, dont go there if you want to enjoy nice chinese. I through away all food to bin cuz I don't want to be sick after that rubbish food.

I pre-ordered a delivery for a large group of 10 friends. The food arrived on time and was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it. Great job!
