Mcdonald's - Poole

Just popped to Poole wedded gate and ordered a chicken Big Mac meal. On the board at £6.69. Gentleman at machine asked what drink so I said coke. Went up 20p. I said why is it more and he couldn’t say them said the meal was only a burger and fries. I said does it not come with a drink? He said drive round. A lady came to the window and said the meal includes any sugar free drink but because I said coke it’s more due to sugar tax. So I said fine just a Diet Coke. Then went to next window and the manager openly slagging me off saying I don’t care bla bla bla. Mate you work on me Donald for a reason and to openly stand by window having a dig because I questioned why price went up! Shocking every time I come here food is aweful , something always missing amd today had only half Cup of diet non taxed coke! Someone needs to sort this store out. Joke and manager rude.

The McDonald's in Hampshire is the worst. Fast food, huh?? I could have cooked a meal faster myself! The service is poorly managed and shameful. The carbon footprint must be huge with all the idle traffic waiting for slow service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I first visited this branch of McDonalds back in April 2023 for a selection of products to take back home to eat. On arriving home we found that a Big Mack had not been packed (though listed on the receipt) and sauces also paid for where noticeably absent. For some stupid reason I again visited this branch on 11 August 2023, again for a take away selection for three people. On returning home we found the two lots of fries to be pale, undercooked, limp poor excuses for fries. The burgers had been just thrown together with some components missing. None of the sauces I had paid for were in the bag (yet again). My advice give this branch a wide berth. If you are the manager reading this, I suggest that you get a grip of the sloppy attention to the matters mentioned here, as well as all the other shortcomings that have attracted such poor reviews. Please.

Foods always a let down, they advertise to use the app… why? I swear you wait longer if you use the app. Why does this McDonald’s always ask me to park and they’ll bring my food over? No other one does this… I’ve started going to the tower park one as they give you your food at the window when you expect it. Also, why does this one never never never have milkshakes? But all the others do them most of the time? Meant to be a fast food place but you’ll be quicker going to a pub for your lunch/dinner

The company I work for had a delivery from this McDonalds. The delivery driver gave the two bags to a staff member. Half of the large coke was missing as the top had come off. The Fillet of Fish box was squashed and the fillet of fish was in pieces. The chips were cold and only half full.
