Mcdonald's - Poole

Food stone cold. Cant reheat as not allowed so stuck spending £30 for poor quality food.

One of the drinks was only half full and the meal was a medium not a large- I paid for a large!!

They didn’t deliver at my house. They won,t refund my money back. They won,t have my service on McDonald ever again. Not happy at all.

The food was marked as delivered, but it never arrived. There was no knock on the door, no phone call, it just never showed up. I will not be ordering from this branch through Just Eat again. They have lost a customer today.

3 times I have not received onions in the triple cheeseburgers and I actually order extra onions. Along with extra ketchup and mustard didn’t get that either. The chicken mayo did not have exta lettuce and mayo. Thankfully the chips were hot this time and delivery was on time.
