Beales - Poole

I stopped by for a drink and a snack at this restaurant, and while the food and beverages were decent, the menu seemed more limited than I had remembered. Additionally, the cashier could have been quicker.

A popular café located in the storehouse that is clean but not particularly quick and a bit pricey. It appears to be a popular choice for shoppers.

I wanted to get hot drinks - just people ahead. what an experience, so slower service seems of people who have absolutely no idea what they do to manipulate. the advertised salted caramel hot chocolate with cream and...Marshmallows (just like per description under photos on the wall) was a hot chocolate with sirup in. when I asked where the rest was, I was told that there was a deluxe I gave at this point seriously? it has been described by what can only be described as a woman overall for those who have observed victoria wood so badly that it was laughing. what's on earth is this load that thinks if I could give him 0. if a snake of men takes her, then I'll break what a Christmas rope will do with them. I would give up if I were her and get a costa in there, and as for her cash try to say people to apply for cards etc. and explain flyer at great length, while the wait lasted longer and longer stop!

We decided to have lunch last Monday December in there cafe .We had a long queue and when we ordered our food was told it was unavailable so we had a second option.Tables were all piled up with trays nobody was clearing them...as not enough staff.The young lady taking our order said she could not leave the till to clear the tables and was asking for more help?.People were queueing out to the doors but they decided not to wait because of the poor service. I felt sorry for the staff that were doing their best as they we short staffed. Food when received was good but lack of cutlery as no washing up had been done. I can't see us going there anymore

Hate to buck the trend here but actually had a fairly decent lunch. Must admit this was third choice as other had no tables on a peak lunch time. There was plenty of tables here though. people ordering at the same time, never...easy for someone who appeared to be learning but that’s ok. There was no wait, and it was quick. Alright it was only basic food but that was all we needed. Clean and tidy so no issues there Would certainly consider it again next time I’m in Poole
