Stuva - Pontresina

Booked table two days in advance for a family dinner. We showed up a little earlier, but our table was ready at the time. Good menu maybe a bit too wide with mix of traditional cuisine and international dishes. For large soup as appetizers, the nettle and goat cheese are awarded and the castle briand as the main. Beef quality was premium and perfect cooking time. An appropriate selection of wines and very good with children. Service at the table deserves a special note: attention to details and professionalism at the level of a large restaurant. Absolutely try.

We stayed 2 nights in the Hotel. One evening we decided to stay in and have dinner at the Stüva. Very good service. Lovely local food. Can only be recommended.

Wir haben gestern das Chef Menu genommen. Es war ganz gut. Besonderes die Lammkoteletts . Die Bedienung hat leider vergessen, uns den Wein und das Wasser nach zu schenken, das hat den Eindruck ein wenig getrübt.

Der Service war total gestresst, nahm Wünsche nicht auf – und das Essen war mittelmässig. Ich kann den Besuch nicht empfehlen.

Wir kamen zufällig hierhin zum Nachtessen. Wir wählten das Chef-Menü. Es war sehr gut gekocht, interessant zusammengestellt und toll präsentiert. Das alles zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Hier zu essen lohnt sich sehr, aber man sollte reservieren, die Platzzahl ist begrenzt.
