Arby's - Pontiac

I have to give a 5-star rating because the outstanding service from staff and manager Daniel. When entering the restaurant was very clean and I was greeted by Daniel. The entire staff provided amazing service and attention to detail, which made a smile on my but all customers face. After I finished my order and gave me my dinner, Daniel asked me again if I needed something else and wished me a good day. Arby's is now my restaurant for not only me, but my employees. Thanks Daniel for the great service. We'll see you soon.

I recently tried the new Steakhouse Bacon/Ranchburger at this restaurant, and it was excellent! The burger was juicy and had the perfect amount of salad, tomatoes, sauce, and more. I hope they decide to keep it on the permanent menu because it was one of the best fast food burgers I have ever had. The only downside was that the service during lunchtime was a bit slow, but it was worth the wait. Despite the minor inconvenience, I enjoyed coming back to Arby's. Just a note for the restaurant: they should remove the open dining room sign or clearly indicate when they are not open, as I encountered locked doors on two separate occasions recently. Though I have no interest in takeout, I would have mentioned the burger again if I were to return. However, with the frustration of the closed doors, I am only rating this experience one star.

This restaurant has the best Arby's sandwiches in the entire state. I have never received a cold meal here, and they always make sure to include all the necessary sauces.

I ordered the buffalo chicken slider for a quick bite at the restaurant. They served it to me in a warm bun with the chicken piping hot. It was tasty and it seemed freshly fried, which was a pleasant surprise. The dish was delicious and reasonably priced.

Terrible experience with female manager who has worked there for 18 years. I tried to use an E-Gift card, but she rated me because it was an older card. but there is no conspiracy and she refused to accept. I had used it in another arby’s recently and it had a balance over it. She treated me like I was totally criminal.
