I tried this restaurant for several days. Good service, fresh and varied foods, original recipes and presentation. Young but very promising chef. Traditional pizza revisited in modern key.
I was already there a couple of times and I had positively reviewed (4 balls) this location because they had a good pizza; unfortunately everything has changed! We have been in recent days to eat a pizza but, once sitting, we realized that the classic pizzas are no longer offered in the wood oven. The menu featured only pizzas cooked in the baking tray: practically focacce. The menu of the restaurant was also quite squeezed, the kitchen aims to serve mainly customers staying in the hotel. Ultimately it is no longer a restaurant/pizzeria but a hotel that offers dishes cooked to the guests who stay. Obviously we left without dinner.
Recommended by friends, the restaurant can be easily reached. The environment is modern and welcoming. We tried the crocchés not in the classic, excellent way.
