Mcdonald's - Ponte Vedra Beach

I'm sitting in my truck enjoying a Big Mac, even though I actually ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese. The French fries are cold and stale. I can't go inside because my dog is in the truck, and he would even eat the hamburger I got for him.

I’m giving this place two stars because we didn’t receive our fries, and I ordered a ten-piece chicken nugget meal but only got eight nuggets. The ordering process was cut short when the staff member said, and I quote, "You really deserve a star, but I do?" It was quite frustrating. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The owner/operator needs to upgrade their equipment. Beverages, shakers, and ice machines have experienced issues multiple times. However, the staff is always friendly and attentive.

Quick and friendly drive thru service. Fresh hot fries. The burger needs work. Didn't taste fresh was slapped together. And possibly something is Amuck with the foundation system whatever they gave me didn't taste like what I asked for

They never seem to have apple slices for the kid's meals, soda tastes watered down like they are trying to make the syrup go further. Will find another option when leaving the beach with the kids for the simple reason of them never having apple slices which I think for some reason they just never order them. Disappointing!
