Casa Do Provedor - Ponte de Lima

Seven of us found this beautiful place near the city center. it was almost empty with only one other table in the insert, but it filled quickly. we had steak, lamb, thunfish, garnel and hawn and everything was very good (although the thun fish was cooked over). a person ordered the vegetarian plate and it was amazing to fight with a great selection of objects I would fight to identify. the waitress only one for the entire restaurant with terrace was very efficient, friendly and talked neatly English. she recommended a red and a white wee and we enjoyed them both.

Beautiful evening dinner, excellent bacalau with swirling and kartoffels, massive portions, beautiful house wine. very cheap.

Ponte de lima is a beautiful city. many restaurant for lunch. we went for this, as our daughter liked some of the menu options and they had a place in well shaded tables. it was quite a wait to be noticed and bring menus. longer. wait for order. long wait and the meal of the daughter came out. the waitress fled quite after she had put it on the table, so that the ketchup, sal per favor was addressed to an empty space. about 10 minutes later our meals arrived. wise to the fleeeing thing we got in early with sal per favor and after up soon with ketchup request (although daughter almost finished meal until now). the salt came fast, but more wait for ketchup (until which time it had finished). when the tellers were cleaned, we asked for coffee and bill that actually didn't last long. but no one took my money. after 10 minutes I gave up and paid at the bar. btw eating is quite good, but the process too painful to repeat.

Um lugar muito agradável, muito tranquilo e comida deliciosa. Comemos arroz de pato e lombo assado que estava fora deste mundo. Excelente! O atendimento foi perfeito, a música muito agradável em poucas palavras, altamente recomendada!

Comida portuguesa caseira, porções muito generosas a um preço razoável.
