I came to pick up a package this morning (if you no longer want to manage packages, you are free to no longer do so, it is in no way the customers ' fault . I arrive I say hello TWICE, the lady arrives at the counter I ask her kindly if I can send a package she starts to mumble and get angry in front of me talking about me not even hello... (I don 't I didn 't hear the rest but I think she insulted me. I said that I had said hello and she just hadn 't heard and she got even more angry. In short, I had already had a first experience where this same lady almost threw the package at me and did not help me pick it up when it fell. I tried to give them a second chance but I would refrain from now on. Having customer relations, I advise you to take measures regarding friendliness and welcome because it 's a shame, and I 'm not even talking about the responses to the Google reviews that I consulted before writing this comment. You would do better to return to training in the profession you do rather than responding to people in this way without any repartee or apology, you do not question yourself at all. I 'm already laughing imagining the mediocre answer you 're going to give me.

TO RUN!! Rude staff, poorly polite, who shout at customers, the gentleman speaks loudly in an aggressive manner. It was to collect a package, he told me in a horrible way we 're wasting a lot of time with these packages, I 'll have to get the code out, I 'm going to stop this parcel thing !!!! Better, because you have no interpersonal skills. Moms with babies or children will definitely not go because they have a pitbull as aggressive as the master behind the counter.
