KFC - Ponoka

Young man treated us as if we were annoying him. We were ordering take out. The place was empty...no customers other than us. I asked if fries were fresh made...he looked thru to kitchen and said yes. At home we find the fries were not fresh...hard and chewy and bitter. Chicken was delicious. But won't go there again, felt like they don't like customers here. This is strike 3 for this location.

Went there Saturday June 3rd ordered. Food the pope le there are very unprofessional told the kid I ordered last week and got a messed up order look at you like it's complicated then turn around and laugh. The guy behind didn't like that so he gave me old dry chicken what a joke if your not capable of doing this then quit. And before you leave check your order chances are it isn't right. Very poor professionalism on their behalf if I could give zero rating I would.

Went to KFC for supper as it was across from the hotel. We did take out and upon arrival back to our hotel room we found we had no condiments(salt, pepper, ketchup). The food was mediocre. We did not have a pop with the one meal and they credited us with 49 cents but the price on the board for a pop was $1.69 and the fries were soggy. Would not recommendthis place.

Food is good but not allowed to use customer coupons that we had..they waited til we made our selections then told us they don't participate with the coupon deals..disappointed..

If you come to KFC wanting to get your meal and get going quick that is not going to happen here. While the food is good if I am stopping to pick something up it is because I am in a hurry. Twice now I have stopped in Red Deer and with 5 minutes have my order and am on my way. Not sure why the same items take 15 or more minutes in Ponoka.
