They have a tour for 30 -45 minutes, where they explain us about the various spices grown in the plantation. It is a good educational tour. Also, the tour includes a healthy lunch which is sumptuous. Overall it was a wonderful and unique experience at this place. We enjoyed our visit to Tropical Spice Plantation.
Beautifully maintained spice garden on 1300 acre land situated at Ponds, Goa where organic spice's are cultivated. A day visit to this place is worth in every way. The entry fee is Rupee's 400/ per person that includes an half an hour guided tour through it's green garden followed by lunch. A welcome drink of lemon grass tea is served. Amidst nature the environment is absolutely amazing. A must visit to this place when you're in Goa. The timing of entry is 10 AM to 4 PM.
The awesome day spent here and we get to know about spices and plantations methods newly and it’s very interesting, the guide who conducted the session was very clear and grate they are good in english. And also they are selling spices and pure extraction oils here. And they include the buffet in the package. And finally we enjoyed the nature.
Absolutely worth watching place in Goa. One should definitely visit once while coming here. Correct guidance and information about spice plantation given by them. They will welcome you and serve you with a welcome drink. Greenery surrounding the place from all four sides.
There's parking closer to the bridge, but I would recommend you park a bit further and walk a short distance to reach as exit will be quicker. Entry fee #500/ all inclusive of tour and lunch. Good washrooms separate for both genders. Complimentary Fenni fermented Cashew fruit) before lunch and Kokaam water after lunch. You can buy the spices and herbal oils in the shop. Lovely space with a lot of knowledge regarding spices and their medical uses. It's a round tour after you cross a bridge. There are beautiful ornamental plants along the way as well. The trip ends with a ladle of lavender infused pot water *yep it's in a pot) poured down you back which feels great and really cool during Summers. Then you head for lunch
