We’ve stopped in here a few times on our way back from mountain adventures. We’re always starving when we arrive and food comes out quickly with friendly service. I’m sure the hunger sauce helps, but food is fresh and tasty! There are some picnic tables in the shade outside, good for dining with pups in tow.
We’ve been coming to this family owned restaurant whenever we’re in the area and the food never disappoints. We’ve asked for vegan pad see eew and pad kee mow and they’ve been accommodating in our requests. Sometimes my noodles are on the greasy side but otherwise, customer service is always excellent. Pad Thai with tofu. Just off 285. Second time I've been in this area happy to have found ithis place again.
We’ve visited this charming little Thai spot many times while traveling through Colorado for a lunch break. While it's possible to enjoy a good vegan meal here, effective communication can be a challenge. The staff isn’t very familiar with vegan options, but many dishes can be made vegan by simply asking for the removal of meat, eggs, fish sauce, shrimp paste, etc. This approach usually works well, though there have been a couple of instances where eggs were mistakenly added to our orders. To prevent this, we now make a point of clearly stating our “no egg” request multiple times to ensure it’s noted. They can also prepare a Thai iced tea using coconut milk instead of condensed milk, although we find it to be a bit too sweet for our liking. There is plenty of parking available in the lot outside.
