Pf Chang's China Bistro - Ponce

Excellent food and services! The restroom is horrible! Trash is everywhere on the floor, smell awful! I came out of the restroom and let the front host know how bad the restrooms is and she's roll her eyes at me. I hope the Management read this review and take care of this I was hungry and couldn't eat after using the restroom.

I came here for my birthday for the first time. Honestly, the drinks just tasted like juice. I had a red sangria. I'm giving this place 3 starts because of the carribean roll. Inside was churrasco with platano maduros on top. The sauce was a nice touch, it did not taste like soy sauce to be honest, it was much sweeter. The white rice was extremely bland and hard.. I got the orange chicken which was ok, nothing fancy. Not a place I would recommend but I enjoyed the experience

The only reason I am giving this location 2 stars is because the chef came out to apologize for not receiving our Sushi order and took the Sushi off the bill. The steamed dumplings were cold as though they were incorrectly microwaved as was the rest of the food, a shrimp dish and Mongolian beef, (which was actually pretty good albeit a bit cold too). The service was painfully slow, but pleasant. The drink orders took an especially long time to arrive at the table. And although friendly, the waitress seemed disengaged. Ww have been to this location many times, and I do not mind spending the money and getting value, but this time the value was sorely lacking. oh Bring back the hot and sour soup please!

Not where I planned to spend my 50th birthday but considering I was in Puerto Rico and wanted a familiar taste, it was a great experience. Our server was awesome. Everything was just as I expected. The Organic Margarita is my favorite and PF Chang's never disappoints.

Received amazing service at the bar! Yummy appetizers and succulent drinks along with outstanding service provided by Alberto. We will recommend 100%!
