Mcdonald's - Ponca City

The biscuits gravy was really good, the gravy was not watered down and had a good spicey taste. Note: I ordered an extra biscuit and there was enough gravy for the third biscuit.

Fries were soggy.. and half empty. hamburger were burnt

Our breakfast sandwiches were missing eggs and cheese.

All of our food was ice cold because the restaurant required the delivery driver to go through the drive-thru to pick up the order, which took over 30 minutes.

I had a great experience at this restaurant, largely thanks to the cashier. She was incredibly friendly, always smiling and greeting customers. It was refreshing to see someone so dedicated to going above and beyond in her role. I visited on July 16, 2020, at 2:00 PM, and her positive attitude truly enhanced my visit. They need more employees like her!
