We generally enjoy Long John Silver's and visit occasionally, but our most recent experience was disappointing. We ordered takeout and realized we forgot to include hush puppies in our meal. Additionally, we received only about a third of the fries we usually get, and unfortunately, they were very cold and unappetizing, so we didn't eat them. The fish also didn't meet the usual standards. I had to wait a long time at the drive-thru window, even though there were no customers ahead of me. At one point, the car behind me started honking before I had even received my food. I assumed this meant my order was being freshly prepared, but that turned out not to be the case. I hope this drop in quality and service isn't a new trend for them. We'll give them another try to see if our experience improves.

During my visit two weeks ago, the drive-thru microphone was broken and is still not working. I ordered a chicken sandwich, which they had to drop into the fryer when I placed my order. It took about 10 minutes for my food to arrive. Overall, the wait was quite long, but the food was decent.

The fish was, as always, quite good, but the fries were cold. When I tried to call and find out what their daily special was, no one answered the phone. Also, the tables had this peculiar clock or film theme going on with them.

Eat was in order as soon as we finally waited. damen toilet was secured with water throughout the floor, almost twice fallen. floor in front of the Soda machine was also very lick. we'll be back soon, that was my favorite restaurant

Inside had standing water in different spots on the floor. Place was very unclean. Food was not up to par at all. Thoroughly disappointed. We decided we would not even return to drive through after seeing how filthy the inside looked.
