Dunkin' - Pompton Plains

Unfortunately only one crew member was working. I was impressed by how he remained calm and dealt as efficiently as possible with the long line of customers in addition to following up on mobile orders. Two customers rudely commented as they were leaving because one (visible) employee was trying to manage the entire store. Everyone is doing the best they can.

Barley put any whipped cream on my drink. Had to ask for more.

Had my cappuccino blast and it was made perfect half the Dunkins make them horrible

They definitely take care of the regulars and that’s a big plus in my book. Sometimes there’s just not enough people working to take care of all the customers get, but that’s not entirely their faults.

Friendly and courteous staff, baggles as at all Dunkin stores aren't so great. Best part was the presence of high quality TOILET paper in the rest room. I was surprised to see such high quality in a DD. It's most likely a choice by the store owner. A disappointing bagel did not bother me after that.
