Pizza Hut - Pompano Beach

Made an online delivery through the app. App said 1 hour delivery. Okay no problem. 1 hour rolls around, no update on delivery. 2 hours roll around, still no food. I tried calling the store. No answer. I called multiple times and still no answer. I neverreceived my food?and still was charged $37 for the order. Waiting on management to get back with me with a refund?.

Disappointed that this place has 2.7 stars when the feedback supports reasons for 0 stars! If you can avoid ordering from this location please do. I would rather make my own pizza from scratch than to deal with this unprofessional establishment. My pizzadelivery took forever and once my food arrived it was incorrect. I called the store to see what could be done and the young ladyon duty continued to hang up the phone on me. Seems to be ran by kids with horrible attitudes and management is no help.

Terrible customer service and I ordered my pizza half and half and as it looks

My order was supposed to be delivered by 8:50 so I called in and they said it be another 30 min. If it wasn't there to call and ask for a manager and hung up rudely. So 30 min. go by and I call back after being left on hold 2 times asking for a manager the girl that answered today me I don't need to be rude and hung up when all I was asking was for the manager sinces she hung up the first two times I called. I call back a fourth time and I asked for the managers boss and finally the manager comes on the phone and is no help on where my order is or when it would arrive and says to call and speak to the managers in the morning. My order shows up at 10:36 pm when it was supposed to arrive at 8:50. The pizza is freezing cold I couldn't take more than a few bits without feeling sick. $25 for complete garbage that I waited over two hours for. And was shown no hospitality or concerns for my order by the staff, manager. I don't not recommend anyone eat at this location. I love pizza hut and always tip the drivers fairly. I hope they make up for this horrible experience and I can take this review down.
