Pizza Hut - Pompano Beach

The owner or manager greeted my wife and me when we placed our order. He made a comment about my wife's appearance that made me uncomfortable. I decided to leave and go home to feed my family. He continued to make inappropriate remarks, and I explained to him firmly that his comments were unacceptable. He then issued a threatening message. I told him that threatening people in Florida is against the rules and not well-received. I made it clear to him that his behavior towards women was a big problem. I hope that he and I can resolve this issue if I have time to address it further.

I wish I could give this place a lower rating, but I can't. I ordered pizza on the 24th and today is the 29th of January. Both times, the pizza arrived over 30 to 45 minutes late to me. When I called the restaurant to complain, the manager said that the driver had 4 stops to make. Maybe they should not send the driver to so many stops or hire more drivers. Additionally, the pizza I received today looked like someone had made it. The stickers they put on to prevent people from tampering with the food were not secure.

It took over an hour to receive my pizza (and I'm still waiting, possibly even longer). I spoke with Sam twice, and he consistently attempted to explain that they were busy, which was why they weren't answering the phone. I can sympathize with their situation, as they struggle to deliver on time and the drivers frequently forget items.

They put the phone two times in the middle of me and my job that was just a pizza btw. mention them, I waited for 10 minutes for the first time to order and 8 for the second time. and that, in the 20 minutes I tried to place my order, I literally spoke with four different people. ? I was held three different paintings! and therefore Urwettbewerbs-Dominos has my money today. I hope you will find the time to bring your S**t together.

The online ordering process was very smooth. But it was when my curbside order was ready for pickup that I wasn’t satisfied. I’m assuming it was the manager who brought out the pizzas because he had on a red and black button down shirt. Well when he came out he didn’t say ANYTHING no greeting, he didn’t confirm it was us nothing at all!! Then when I said we’re supposed to have a 2 liter he just went back inside got the drink and went about his way. Everyone has problems but when it comes to work and customer service you need to leave that at home. So rude
