Mcdonald's - Pompano Beach

They do not serve customers inside until they manage the drive-thru line. We waited 20 minutes before they even acknowledged our order. There were way too many vagrants inside, and now I understand why the drive-thru line is so long. I don’t mind if they linger, but when they start to address my children and me, it becomes a problem. Additionally, there was someone who had been fired returning their uniform, which turned into quite a scene that I was too shocked to capture on video. The fries were not hot or crispy, which is the main reason I go to McDonald's. Given how long we waited, I assumed they would automatically make us a fresh batch of fries.

Need to use the bathroom, well they lock ???? there bathroom. So it's pretty much a pain! I used it once and went back to wash my hands. They locked it. Said you already used it. SMH

The food was decent, but for the price, I've definitely had better. On the plus side, the customer service was excellent. As for the atmosphere, it was just okay. When I visited, the place was quite empty for the time of day, which might have been due to it being mid-week, making it difficult for me to give a higher rating. That being said, I found the crab legs to be not as good as those I've had at other similar restaurants.

Half the workers dont speak english . check your bag before leaving window . hatian woman dont know difference between hash brown and mcmuffin. order mcmuffin and hash brown got 3 hash brown no mcmuffin

Even though this restaurant is close to my house, I have no intention of returning. While the mornings are nice, any time after that feels like a completely different experience.
