Never again will dine at McDonald?s. Will be reporting the terribleservice to the management company and directly to McDonald?s. Manager Victoria is rude and unprofessional please train yourstaff to do better if their having a bad call out or don?t be customer facing. It?s people like Victoria the ?manager? that canreally tarnish an organization like McDonald?s.
The food here is not prepared good. Bottom bun of my burger was hard like a rock. And another visit I ordered the two cheeseburger meal and got two chicken sandwiches instead.
Last 3 times my food was cold and drive through took forever. Will drive further to a McDonald's that has better service and hot meal. If I'm craving a Big Mac again

Disgusting attitude ! Ordered on mobile , went through drive thru to pick up order , said hello 5 times before someone got on the mic with the most rude attitude system is down !!! Okay ? So I tried to ask how come the mobile app allowed me to order , the response I received was , I dont know Im not an app or a phone I cant answer that , so then I had to ask well will the system reboot ? Or ? She said yeah 4 o clock again with disgusting attitude ! Why is it so damn hard to just say your going through the system rebooting can you give us some time , I would had gladly but the nasty attitude
