Great food, but the owner his wife (lady at the register) are extremely rude and inattentive. She will ignore you and scroll through Instagram even when you are standing right in front of her ready to order. It's not the first time she's done something like this either. If you want good customer service, I recommend you go somewhere else.
I've been coming here for years. The food on average is good for the value. Some times the chicken is better than other times. I guess it depends on the cook. The service is below average and getting worse. Today, the lady who attended at the register did not even say thank you. I guess they are charging for sauces now. At least that is what the lady said. Service and food is what brings people back. I order to pick up on average once a week and spend about $50.00 each time. However, I'll drive a little further north for some time to get the chicken. I'll come back at some point and see if the service and care for customers improved. Hopefully it does because is a convenient location for me. If the service does not change, then I'll change places for good.
Worst experience ever. Food quality is gone bad. Staff members has no idea what customer service is. Spent $35 on the food and just asked for an extra cup fo spicy onions and got a response saying its $0.25 exta each cup. When I presented my credit card to charge then they said next time. We can't charge $0.25 on a card. Well if you can't charge it then why you are even mentioning it??? Maybe to tell your customers to not ask for it next time. This place is not like how it was before. Never going again there..
I used to come to this place at least 4 times a month and would get the family meal to go, never had any issues getting silverware and plate then all of the sudden they started saying that they where running low on plates and silverware and it’s only for the dine in customers, next time I came same thing, I complained and the manager spoke to me and said “do to inflation I need to cut cost and can’t give out these plate and silverware now if you give me a dollar then I can give it to you. I decided to stop coming. So ridiculous tripping over like 15cents worth of plates and silverware. It’s been like 3 months now that I don’t go anymore. So the math is about $25/order x 12 weeks $300 the business missed out on to save $1.80
