Dunkin' - Pompano Beach

I've tried the iced caramel macchiato here twice, and both times it was disappointing. They add way too much milk and not enough espresso. The second time I ordered it, I hoped they'd get it right, but it was the same issue. I’ve had better experiences at other Dunkin' locations, where they typically balance the espresso and milk better, giving you 50% of each. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back here again.

Deliciously chaotic, likely due to the fact that the average age of the staff seems to be around 12 years old. However, despite the lack of organization, they are full of enthusiasm. The sourdough breakfast sandwiches I ordered were well-prepared on both occasions. Unfortunately, they were mislabeled at the pickup counter, so I had to sift through the jumbled orders to find mine. Don’t miss out on this experience—just go ahead, order, and enjoy the adventure. Just remember to check your bag before leaving!

I can no longer continue going to this place. The only reason I've been a regular is because I live right across the street. Most of the employees are rude, with the exception of a female manager I only see occasionally. I order the same hot coffee every day—regular cream and extra sugar—and yet they consistently get it wrong. The morning staff is incredibly unfriendly, even though I'm always polite to them. I’ve had enough. I’ll just call the next Dunkin' and make sure to avoid this one. If you don’t mind dealing with rude employees, terrible customer service, and getting orders that are completely different from what you requested, then this Dunkin' is the place for you.

You can never make the icy caramel Macchiato right. They add too much milk and little expresso. If you're asking you to drink another drink, they messed it up. That was my second time I gave them another chance. They did the Macchiato like that last time. We went to other Dunkin? Donuts give you 50% expresso and 50% milk. I'm not gonna be here again.
