Domino's Pizza - Pompano Beach

I waited 10 minutes for my food to be cooked, but it sat in the restaurant for an hour and a half before being sent out. I get that they might be busy, but waiting an hour and a half is ridiculous, especially since it’s only 15 minutes away. When it finally arrived, the food was not just cold, but rock hard. This was the worst experience I’ve had; it definitely wasn’t worth the $5 delivery fee or the tip.

Absolutely perfect! I placed an online order for carryout, and the pizza was hot and ready when I arrived. All the staff greeted me warmly, which was a nice touch! The pizza itself was really delicious. Great job, everyone! I would share a photo, but it's all been devoured!

This restaurant should really consider shutting down. There were no staff or managers in sight during my visit, making it a complete waste of my time, gas, and money. I received the wrong order, and they promised me a credit for my next visit. However, I called for two consecutive weeks to place an order and never got a response. When I finally went to the store, there was only one employee present, and there was no one available to prepare food. If you can't serve customers, then it's time to close your doors.

I had the best customer experience. I called to place an order for 10 pizzas for pick up. My rep was extremely nice and knowledgeable taking the order. When I got to the store to pick up my order, Joshua and Sarah greeted me so politely, with their beautiful smile. At such a young age, you can tell right away their parents raised them really well. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service.

The food was disgusting. If I wasn?t so hungry I?d spit it out and leave. Pasta was dry and over cooked with minimum sauce. The chicken in the pasta was even worse. Wings were not fresh, they just reheated and drizzled some nasty sauce they like to call garlic Parmesan. The soda was good, because they don?t make it themselfs. Only reason it got two stars and not one was because the staff was alright.
