Yoshinoya South Pomona

This location is trash now the drive thru never works and they take forever to get your food ‍

I think Yoshinoya's food is filling and good, but you guys always get my orders wrong. I would say 95% of my to-go/Door Dash/Uber Eats orders are always wrong or missing something. Rarely do they get it right ! Otherwise, the food is good. People who work here are cool, too.

The team that works here are trash man. I ordered bowl xl combo and they only gave me combo bowl. Worst thing is that it happened multiple for me. Either they cannot read or they do not know the difference between combo xl bowl and combo bowl. They really suck man!

I got a coupon in the mail today and thought, I haven't been to Yoshinoya in a while let's go. ? I pulled up at the drive through and no one acknowledged me after 3 to 4 min, so I pulled up to the window and after 4 min of watching the girl take orders at the front counter. I realized I was not gonna get served. This is really sad and unprofessional. I worked in fast food for many years and it doesn't take nothing but a minute to tell someone hold on I'll be right with you or to look at someone and acknowledge them. This was not worth the drive across town. I can't rate the food because no one wanted to serve me. On a good note I did stop at Carl's Jr where they were super friendly and fast. ?‍

Fast and friendly service. A little light on the meat portions from what im used to.. but still yummy.
