Valentino's Pizzeria - Pomona

I called to place a family special order from their website, and when I arrived, I mentioned that I was missing a drink. The woman at the counter told me they hadn't had that drink available for over four months. That's fine, but it was still listed on their website when I ordered it. I asked her why she didn’t mention this when I called to place the order. It wasn't a huge deal, but then she just walked away! I tried to stay calm and reminded myself not to argue, but I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. Has anything changed? I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I remember when I started working at this restaurant when I was young. I was the only man on staff when it first opened. My name is Jason, and I worked there for three years alongside George and Ned, the owners at that time. Then I moved to Minnesota, and I really missed this place.

Update June 2022: I've noticed that the pizza slices have gotten smaller, and there’s now a $0.50 fee for debit card transactions if you don't pay in cash. Despite that, it’s still a lovely place to grab a slice of pizza while enjoying some shopping at the same time.

Very tasty pizza been eating here for 15 years the sauce is very flavorful and authentic the calzones are also tasty and delicious
