Starbucks - Pomona

Customer service is awful!! Rude employees and if you're grabbing a drink from inside instead of drive thru make sure you plan on waiting 20 more minutes. They're sooo slow and don't give a **** as employees.

The employees are so disrespectful and rude, telling me multiple times they have ran out of ice and completely mess up my order . They have horrible attitudes towards customers in the morning, pretty much trying to hush me up and just get me to go about my way . I do not recommend this Starbucks! By far the worst I have ever been to

I don’t know why I come back here, it’s been at least 10 times and they can’t make a single freaking drink right, even after remaking it.

This Starbucks has horrible customer service! I come here a few times a week, I will not come to this location anymore!

My favorite starbies! It has the most comfy chairs and nicest employees. I never get a crappy cup of coffee here they always make even my most complicated orders PERFECTLY
