A truly spectacular dinner, high cuisine but at affordable prices is part of the philosophy of the chef. The kitchen is modern but absolutely respectful of 2 things: ingredients and tradition. This means that you will never find the strange proposals of so many star chefs who are now cooking on themselves but a kitchen that, starting from tradition, proposes revisitations that are enrichments and not simple transformations to themselves. Some found are brilliant: an appetizer of anchovies and pointers but with fried anchovies only on one side: remember the classic salad of pointers but with a taste of fresh halice that you do not expect. Wonderful the shrimp bruschetta of Mazzara and confit cherry tomatoes and amazing the cuttlefish on bed of cauliflower purées. For a fortuitous coincidence on Saturday I had dinner at this restaurant. That's great. Upon returning to the hotel from Cinecittà park we asked the reception for directions on where to dine, after responding that the restaurant did not offer typical cuisine we were ready to go elsewhere. Luckily my husband crossed in the Hall the Chef Raffaele Lenti is a person of an incredible kindness and humility) who showed us the menu with the cacio and pepper so much desired. So we decided to try and we did great. The chef prepared an amazing cacio and pepper. Also the fillet with a perfect cooking, made us try a parmigiana of eggplants that made us feel at home, so good that my children made the bis. The sweets that say amazing. All seasoned by a five-star customer attention. The chef kept talking to us, the staff always attentive and helpful. I invite you to try absolutely the place even if you do not stay at the hotel, because you are fine.
