Dimitra's Taverna - Polygyros

The taverna is a small hidden gem. eating is amazing. authentic Greek food. dimitra is so welcoming and ensures her joy. the otopus and the fish was beautiful. no tears or hidden accuses of anything. genuine and large cook. would highly recommend this place. we had dinner outside in shades, surrounded with olive trees, flowers and grapes. also child friendly. we could see swinging.

The best restaurant in the environment, by far. eating is delicious with many options available, all affordable. excellent service and beautiful environment. we come here every year and dimitra never disappointed. highly recommended!

This taverne is one of an extraordinary family. fresh delicacies from the sea, traditional Greek cuisine (each different, because it is what dimitra cooks for her family), tsipouro house made and everything to affordable trips. we had here every day (8 days) and it was great. we also bought homemade oil and prepared olives from them. the taverne is located in a quiet and beautiful place, in an olive garden. when they pass the obstgarten, they discover a beautiful wild beach. thanks dimitra for all!

A very nice place with a lot of character. The food is home made, fresh and delicious and the family is hospitable and friendly. We would definitely go again!
