I give plenty time to fix the problem but it is time to let the people know the employees on the nigth shif they no take care of the stuff inside the store .cofees machine down all so is time to look for another gastation that take care of the customer the food old . They need to learn that it not just to be behind the cashier
The employee was treating me like I'm a thief or something, was random and extremely rude. please re-train your employees
The actual staff at this particular 7-Eleven is awesome but their manager needs retraining. Horrible attitude and talks to her staff members like a she's slave owner
I have been here multiple times so far. Depending on the employee the experience can be very pleasant and professional. Some employees seem to lack any care or customer service skills. The to go grill items like Buffalo roller tend to be gone more often than not so it is hard to get those items if you like them. Gas prices are typically decent and cleaner store than the BP across the street and has a lot more pumps. However, one of their bigger issues is that I have seenthis store run out of gas multiple times. I understand they are a newer location but they should have a handle on how much gas they need to bring to serve customers appropriately. If they correct running out of gas frequently and betterat keeping the roller items ready for customers, I will update my review.
Update! Just any other place it's getting worse and worse by day. No one cares. The place gets dirty and sloppy. The coffee machines are broken every other day. And they tend to forget to put Latin pastries in the oven so yep so sorry but they usually ran out of them like few hours ago
