Domino's Pizza - Polk City

Very disappointed with tonight's pan pizza. Ordered it half pepporoni and half cheese with light sauce. Pizza had way to much cheese. My son didn't even want to eat it. Had to make him something else. It's like someone just threw a whole bunch of cheeseon topped and hoped it would cook. Tried peeling the cheese off to satisfy my kid and then he complained about too muchsauce. Usually this location is good but tonight was a waste of money.

Best domino's around. They are fast, friendly and the order is always correct and the food is hot. Good job!

Seems like every time I order chicken wings or bread they forget my sauces. May sound like a little thing but when I pay for something I want what I payed for. I called the store and the manager basically called me a Liar. Said it was in the bag or box.Again I said no. She?s like well we put it in there. Idk what to tell you. Great customer service coming from a manager. This iswhy I stopped ordering from there. It?s not hard to do your job and make sure you don?t forget anything.

I get lunch there at least twice a week. With their new manager the quality of the food has improved greatly. The atmosphere, friendliness and Customer Service has improved 100 percent!! Give them a try again.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza... for a 2nd time.... they didn't add buffalo.... also I asked for square cut not pie cut... I wrote the first time off. This time it's like nope not letting it go. So I call and can hear the dude in the back ground havinga attitude over it. It says it on the label. How do you not put a sauce on the pizza? Like wth. Polk City dominos is failing.They forget sauce cups, don't listen to the cut on the pizza, my grandmother has had to call up there. My mom had to call upthere 3 nights ago. This place really needs to get their act together.
